Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
A. Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Rockstop Inh. Max Pasmurov, Fürther Straße 54, 90429 Nürnberg, Tel.: 0170 954 9520, E-Mail: info@rockstop.eu) by means of a clear statement (e.g., via the cancellation button provided in our shop, a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send or execute the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation or the activation of the cancellation button before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., patches custom-made according to customer requirements).
